Generally, I try not to just re-up recent "Japan is wacky" type news articles, since there are already way too many of those blogs - see Schultz's skewering of the practice at the inimitable TDR. But this one is just too good to pass up...
ROBOT RAMEN!
Yup, a shop in Yamanashi prefecture has built a ramen-making robot. He spent 20 million yen on the thing and it doesn't even come with a soup recipe...
